Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Xentoro Studio website and to early communications about our services. By using this website or contacting us through it, you agree to use it responsibly and in line with these terms.
If we enter into a written project agreement, proposal, or statement of work, that written document controls the specific project if it conflicts with these website terms.
Website content
This website provides information about services such as 360 virtual tours, AR/VR development, WebGL games, AI voice agents, and VoIP automation. Website content is for general information only and is not a guarantee of results, pricing, delivery time, or availability.
Consultations, proposals, and project scope
A consultation, contact form, discovery call, or email exchange does not create a client relationship or paid engagement by itself. Formal scope, deliverables, timeline, payment terms, and acceptance criteria are confirmed in writing before project work begins.
Estimates and timelines depend on timely feedback, complete materials, platform limitations, third-party approvals, and the complexity discovered during planning or development.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, required access, approved content, and the rights to use supplied materials.
- Brand assets, photos, video, 3D models, scripts, recordings, data, and copy must be owned by the client or properly licensed.
- Client approvals, regulatory checks, and stakeholder sign-off remain the client's responsibility unless a written agreement says otherwise.
- For AI voice or VoIP projects, clients are responsible for lawful calling practices, consent requirements, and industry-specific compliance obligations.
Ownership and portfolio use
Ownership of final deliverables, source files, project assets, licenses, and reusable systems is defined in the applicable written project agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, pre-existing tools, reusable code, templates, workflows, and know-how remain the property of their original owner.
We may reference completed work in our portfolio, case studies, proposals, or marketing unless a written agreement restricts disclosure or confidentiality.
Payments, changes, and cancellations
Payment schedules, deposits, milestone billing, revisions, and cancellation terms are handled in the written project proposal or agreement. Work outside the approved scope may require a change request, revised timeline, and additional fees.
Third-party platforms and AI systems
Some projects may depend on hosting providers, app stores, browsers, device capabilities, analytics, AI services, VoIP providers, payment tools, scheduling tools, or other third-party systems. Their availability, pricing, terms, and technical limitations may affect delivery or operation.
AI voice agents and automated systems can make mistakes, mishear callers, encounter integration issues, or require ongoing monitoring. Clients should review outputs, test flows, and maintain human fallback paths for important interactions.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful code, scrape content at abusive rates, or use our services for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful activity.
No guarantees and limitation of liability
We work to deliver careful, useful, production-ready work, but we do not guarantee search rankings, lead volume, revenue, platform approvals, uninterrupted third-party services, or specific commercial outcomes unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Xentoro Studio is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from website use or project discussions.
